A Technical Partner After Commissioning
From technical inspections to procedures involving GSE, ADM and ARERA, we coordinate the activities required throughout the plant’s operating life, according to its specific characteristics.
Technical Inspections and Compliance Upgrades

We assess the regulatory updates applicable to the plant and assist the producer with interface protection tests, metering systems and inspections of other relevant components.
GSE Procedures and Agreements

We manage procedures relating to agreements, energy remuneration, communications and plant modifications. We also assist producers with requests and inspections carried out by GSE.
Changes of Ownership

We manage the transfer of agreements and relationships with GSE in the event of property sales, inheritance or corporate changes, preparing the required documentation and submitting applications through the relevant portals.
ADM Compliance Requirements

We assist producers with procedures relating to electricity workshop registration, metering systems, registers and periodic declarations, where required for the plant.
ARERA Communications and Compliance

We support producers with updates to the Operator Registry and with the management of communications and data submissions required by ARERA.
Permits and Authorisations

We manage the applications required for plant modifications and associated works, coordinating the technical documentation and liaising with the relevant authorities.
